Ames Youth Football is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering and sharing our passion for football with youth in the Ames, Iowa area. We proudly offer competitive flag and tackle football programs for youth from 1st through 6th grade, creating opportunities for young athletes to grow both on and off the field.
Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive, and structured environment where kids can learn the fundamentals of football while developing important life skills. With a strong focus on sportsmanship, character building, teamwork, and respect, we strive to instill values that extend far beyond the game.
Player safety is a top priority at Ames Youth Football. Our goals include always using the best practices for training, equipment, and game-day protocols to ensure every participant enjoys a positive and secure experience.
As a 100% volunteer-driven organization, we rely on the dedication and passion of our coaches, board members, parents, and community members to make our program a success. Together, we aim to inspire the next generation of athletes, leaders, and community contributors.
